What we clean

Three systems. One crew. One visit.

Most homes need all three eventually, and they all fail the same way — buildup you can't see restricting airflow you depend on. Book them together and the truck only comes out once.

Air duct cleaning

Supply runs, return trunks, registers and the blower compartment — negative-air vacuum with rotating brush agitation, not a shop vac at the vent cover.

  • Every supply and return in the home
  • Blower, coil housing and plenum
  • Optional EPA-registered sanitizer
From$399 Book this

Dryer vent cleaning

Lint packs the duct behind the machine where you can't reach it. We rod the full run to the exterior hood, pull the debris out, and test the airflow after.

  • Full run cleared, wall cap to machine
  • Airflow measured before and after
  • Crushed or illegal duct flagged in writing
From$149 Book this

Chimney sweep & inspection

Creosote removed from the flue, firebox and smoke shelf, then a camera scan of the liner and a written Level 1 report you can hand to an insurer.

  • Flue, firebox, damper and smoke shelf
  • Camera scan of the full liner
  • Written Level 1 inspection report

The part nobody sees

Drag the handle. That's an eight-year-old return duct.

Nothing sells this work like the footage does, so we stopped describing it. Every AirPure job is filmed on a duct camera going in and coming out, and both clips are yours.

What settles in thereConstruction dust, drywall grit, pet dander, insulation fibre, and whatever the last owner's HVAC filter missed.
What it costs youRestricted airflow makes the system run longer to hit the same temperature, and pushes the settled load back into the room every cycle.
How you'll know it's doneSame camera, same duct, same day — plus a written scope of exactly which runs were cleaned.

Why the codes exist

This isn't a cosmetic service.

Three of the numbers below come from federal agencies and the national fire code. The fourth is the one homeowners find hardest to believe.

Of those fires start for one reason: the lint was never cleaned out.

Why homeowners keep us

The things that actually go wrong on this job

Duct cleaning has a bad reputation for a reason — $79 coupons, two guys with a shop vac, a bill that triples on arrival. Here's how we're built differently.

Truck-mounted vacuum

Negative pressure on the whole system, pulled outside the house. A portable unit can't hold a duct system under vacuum, and the debris ends up back indoors.

The price we quoted

The number on your confirmation is the number on your invoice. If the job turns out bigger than described, we tell you and you decide — before anything starts.

Employees, not day labor

Background-checked, uniformed, drug-tested, and trained in-house. You'll get the tech's name and photo by text before he knocks.

Floors covered, corners guarded

Drop cloths on the walk path, corner guards on the trim, boot covers on. A duct job shouldn't leave you cleaning the house afterwards.

Airflow verified, not assumed

Static pressure and dryer airflow are measured before and after. If the numbers don't move, we haven't finished, and you don't pay for a second visit.

90-day workmanship promise

Something we cleaned isn't performing within 90 days? We come back and make it right at no charge. In writing, on the invoice.

Start to finish

Four steps, about three hours

A standard whole-home duct clean runs two to four hours depending on system size. Here's exactly how the visit goes.

01

Quote by phone

Tell us the square footage, the number of systems and what you're noticing. You get a flat price on that call.

02

Walkthrough & camera

The tech counts vents, checks the equipment, films the inside of a return, and confirms the quote before touching anything.

03

Seal, agitate, extract

System sealed and put under negative pressure, each run brushed and whipped, debris pulled out to the truck.

04

Re-test and hand over

Airflow re-measured, after-footage filmed, work path cleaned up, and the full report emailed before we leave your driveway.

Straight pricing

Published prices, because you asked

These cover the standard single-family home. Bigger systems, extra returns and long attic runs are quoted on the call — never after the truck arrives.

What people say after

1,900 homes cleaned last year

4.9 from 640+ verified reviews

Our dryer had been taking three cycles for one load and I assumed the machine was dying. The vent run was packed solid at the elbow. One cycle now. I feel silly for waiting two years.

DM
Danielle M.Marietta, GA · Dryer vent

Third company we've used in this house and the first one that showed us anything. The camera footage of the master bedroom return was genuinely disturbing, and then it wasn't. Price never moved.

RK
Ray K.Frisco, TX · Whole-home ducts

Bought the house in June, wanted the chimney signed off before we lit anything. Got a real written report with photos of a cracked flue tile — our inspector had missed it entirely.

Before you book

The questions we get every day

Air ducts every three to five years for most homes — sooner after a renovation, a move-in, or if anyone in the house has allergies. Dryer vents once a year, or twice if you run large loads or the duct run is long. Chimneys are inspected annually under NFPA 211 and swept whenever creosote buildup calls for it.

For the first ten minutes and the last ten, ideally — the walkthrough at the start and the handover at the end. In between you're free. If you can't be there at all, we'll do the walkthrough by video call and send the footage as we go.

It shouldn't be. The whole system is held under negative pressure by the truck, so debris travels out to the vacuum rather than into the room. We lay drop cloths along the work path, guard the trim, and wear boot covers. Anything within a few feet of a register is worth moving before we arrive.

Because $79 doesn't cover an hour of a trained tech's time, so it isn't the real price — it's the price of getting in the door. Ours includes rodding the full run, clearing the exterior hood, measuring airflow before and after, and a photo report. The number you're quoted is the number you pay.

We won't promise a medical outcome, and be wary of any company that does. What we can say plainly: removing settled dust, dander and debris from the ducts means the system stops recirculating it, and most customers with sensitivities tell us the difference is noticeable within a week. Pairing the clean with a better filter does more than either alone.

We photograph it, show you, and put it in the report. Some things we can fix on the spot — a crushed dryer duct, a missing chimney cap, a disconnected flex run. Anything larger gets documented for your HVAC contractor or your insurer, with no pressure from us either way.

Book the crew, or just ask us a question.

Same-week slots are usually open. Tell us the ZIP and what you're noticing — we'll tell you whether you actually need us yet.
